A Plum Hill Specialty! Our 2018 Vintage is the exact opposite of the 2017—it was quick, easy, and overall a breeze to make. The grapes were perfect and the wines have turned out amazing. We are so thrilled to bring our famous wine back. Due to the warmth in 2018, this wine exhibits a ton of melon, papaya, guava, and mango. This is truly a tropical paradise in a bottle. There is a long, lingering finish of mineralality and pineapple on the palate that will leave you craving more. This wine has the perfect balance of acidity and sweetness—making it the perfect pairing for spicy or fruity foods. We suggest angel food cake, strawberries, or your fave spicy Thai Dish!
