Winemaker’s Notes

Summertime is the first thing that comes to mind when you try this wine! All the grapes in this white wine blend were hand picked and pressed whole cluster to ensure the we got the fruitiest wine possible. The Riesling and Pinot Blanc were co-fermented, while the Muscat fermented separately. Then it was all blend together before bottling.
